Cybersecurity Consultant
Lisboa ou Porto (Hybrid)
- Evaluation and Implementation of Security Measures:
- Conduct security audits on business systems and networks;
- Develop risk mitigation plans and incident response strategies.
- Support in Training and Coaching:
- Develop content for security technology training;
- Conduct specialized cybersecurity training and coaching for technical staff;
- Conduct cybersecurity and resilience awareness training for both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Development of Security Policies and Procedures:
- Create and review information security policies;
- Establish guidelines for regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2).
- Incident Response Management and Forensic Analysis:
- Coordinate incident response teams;
- Analyze cyberattacks and propose improvements to security infrastructure.
- Consultancy for Companies and Organizations:
- Advise on investments in security technologies;
- Monitor sector trends and recommend strategic updates.
Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Networks and Systems, or related fields;
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the field of Cybersecurity;
• Practical experience in information security consulting, audits, forensic analysis, incident response, and risk management;
• Participation in projects for implementing security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls);
• Ability to develop and implement security strategies aligned with organizational goals;
• Knowledge of agile and Waterfall methodologies for cybersecurity projects;
• Experience in conducting training, workshops, and cybersecurity drills for technical and non-technical teams;
• Ability to lead and guide technical and security teams in both private and public organizations;
• Native fluency in Portuguese, both spoken and written;
• At least B2 fluency in English, both spoken and written;
• Ability to adapt communication according to the audience;
• Ability to respond quickly to problems and propose effective solutions;
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills based on data.
