Senior Pre-Sales Engineer – Cybersecurity
Lisboa ou Porto (Hybrid)

Role
Act as a technical liaison between the sales teams and clients, supporting the sales cycle with expert knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, Cyber Managed Services, and Security Operations Center (SOC). Contribute to the development of technical proposals, proof of concepts, and presentations of services and solutions.

Responsibilities
• Support the sales cycle with technical presentations, PoCs, and requirements analysis.
• Participate in the preparation of technical proposals and support public and private tender processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, product) to define solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of the cybersecurity portfolio and commercial approach.

Skills:

Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in cybersecurity, in technical, pre-sales, or specialized consulting roles.
• Higher education in Computer Engineering, Networking, Cybersecurity, or related fields (preferred).
• Relevant certifications (desirable): CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, among others.

Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity solutions, including:
o VM, EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, DLP, PAM, IAM, CTI.
• Experience in Cyber Managed Services and SOC operations.
• Solid understanding of security standards and frameworks (NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
• Ability to understand and map clients’ technical and business needs.
• Experience in preparing RFPs, technical proposals, and Proofs of Concept (PoC).
