SOC Service Delivery Manager (M/F)
Redshift is seeking a SOC Service Delivery Manager (M/F) to join our team.
Lisboa (Hybrid)
- Manage the delivery of cybersecurity services, ensuring compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs agreed upon with clients.
- Coordinate and supervise the SOC team, ensuring daily operations run efficiently and aligned with best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the technical team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Monitor and report on the performance of delivered services, providing regular reports to the client and internal management.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support incident management, providing strategic guidance and coordination with technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Participate in the development of commercial proposals and in aligning services strategically with client needs.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
- Experience in Security projects (preferential but not eliminatory);
- Experience in consulting projects (preferential but not eliminatory);
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Ability to take initiative and be results-oriented;
- Strong teamwork skills;
