Commitment to the Environment

- Comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations.
- Reduce, reuse, and recycle resources whenever possible, minimizing waste generation.
Education and Awareness
- Ensure that all employees are aware of the importance of environmental preservation and are trained to adopt sustainable practices in their daily activities.
- Encourage innovation and the search for environmentally responsible solutions in the development of new products, processes, or services.
Continuous Improvement
- Set goals that allow for evaluating the company’s results and performance.
- Provide the necessary resources for developing various activities.
- Conduct regular environmental audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Encourage a culture of environmental responsibility at all levels of the organization, promoting the active participation of employees, suppliers, and customers.
Involvement and Participation
- Develop internal and external communication with all stakeholders.
- Involve employees and promote consultation and participation in Redshift’s day-to-day activities.
Communication and Transparency
- Ensure that stakeholders, including employees and customers, have access to relevant information about the organization’s environmental performance.
Validity and Review
The policy comes into force on the date of its approval and is subject to annual review or whenever significant changes occur in order to improve its applicability, adequacy, and effectiveness. Once approved, the policy will be communicated to stakeholders.
After communication, the policy becomes established, published, and made available to stakeholders through the channels defined for this purpose.
