Integrated Management System Policy

This policy aims to reflect the commitments established to ensure the provision of innovative information technology solutions, promoting security, efficiency, and digital transformation for Redshift customers. Based on each of its systems, as follows:

Quality Commitment:

• To provide, implement, and continuously improve the quality of our products, delivering innovative solutions to our customers and driving their satisfaction and that of the surrounding ecosystem;

Commitment to Information Security:

• Implement controls that aim to protect information, regardless of the medium, in transit, at rest, and in use inherent to Redshift’s activity against the loss of confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity, non-repudiation, privacy, and intellectual property of the information, ensuring adequate risk management and mitigation;

Commitment to Occupational Health and Safety:

• Implement and reinforce an organizational culture for all employees and other stakeholders, based on promoting and ensuring healthy and safe working conditions.

• Implement and reinforce an organizational culture that promotes environmental protection through the efficient use of resources, minimisation of environmental impacts, and involvement of employees and stakeholders in sustainable practices.

Integrated System Commitment:

• Plan Redshift strategies and activities for total quality management, considering aspects of the above commitments in order to prevent, mitigate, or minimize negative impacts, with a focus on sustainability;
• Use the best available technologies that ensure pollution prevention, rationalization of resource consumption, and commitment to reuse and recycling, when practicable;
  Develop, implement, and improve the Integrated Management System (Quality, Information Security, Health & Safety, and Environment), as well as the indicators associated with process monitoring in order to ensure a focus on results and improvement of system performance, in a context of commitment to continuous improvement.
