Atena Equity Partners, through the Atena II fund, has acquired a majority stake in the Redshift Group, a specialist in cybersecurity and information technologies. The acquisition of 51% of the capital was carried out in partnership with Simon Church, a renowned professional in the field of cybersecurity, and the management team remains with the company.
