Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Redshift undertakes the following commitments as a way of exercising the essential leadership for the implementation and improvement of the occupational health and safety management system:

  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals on the premises;
  • Provide adequate working conditions, with suitable facilities, to safeguard the health and safety of all workers and ensure that any work performed does not pose unnecessary risks to health or safety;
  • Encourage all individuals present on the premises to cooperate with the organisation on all safety matters, in identifying potential hazards, and in reporting any condition that may seem hazardous or unsatisfactory;
  • Ensure the provision and maintenance of safe facilities, equipment, and work systems;
  • Provide information, instruction, training, and supervision to enable everyone to avoid hazards and contribute to their own health and safety;
  • Take protective measures to mitigate and/or eliminate identified health and safety risks within the scope of Redshift’s activities;
  • Ensure safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses;
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to Redshift’s activities;
  • Promote consultation with employees as a mechanism for everyone’s participation in improving health and safety conditions at Redshift;
  • Carry out appropriate reviews of policies, processes, and procedures that make up the occupational health and safety system whenever necessary, or at least annually, thus ensuring the ongoing improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) system.
