This mobile application provides information about Banco de Portugal that the entire public can access, referring to content, institutions, glossary, exchange rates, among others.
It is possible to interact with all the content, from the foreign exchange converter, the credit responsibility center (CRC) and the accounts database (BDC).
Problem
The need to replicate Banco de Portugal’s most common services in a more intuitive mobile application.
Solution
This application obtains information via the web service that can be managed by the BackOffice, in this case NAPP_BO. There is also a FrontOffice – the NAPP_BdP mobile application – where you can interact with all the content.
Most of the information managed by the NAPP application (Bank App) is displayed to us via various web services on the Intranet.
Benefits
Previously, information on Banco de Portugal news and other content was only accessible on the Intranet, the Banco de Portugal website and other systems.
To deal with this situation, the NAPP app was created with the aim of making all the content available in a more modernized and up-to-date way. As such, the APP provides the user with rich content – videos, podcasts, infographics, animated infographics, decoders, html pages, forms, documents, multimedia content, among others.
This mobile application provides internal information from Banco de Portugal about news and employees, among other topics.
You can consult news, BdP TV, events, meal reservations and much more.
Problem
Allow Banco de Portugal employees to carry out some of their usual operations in a more automated way, such as buying meals and booking parking.
Solution
Through the Web Service, this application obtains information on news, meals, work colleagues and other topics. You can manage it in BackOffice, in this case MyBdP_BO, and there is also FrontOffice, the MyBdP mobile app, where you can interact with news, BdP TV, events, meal reservations and much more.
Most of the information managed by the ADC (Employee App) – news, events, Bdp TV videos, gym, press magazine and rotating highlights – is displayed to us via various web services on the Intranet.
Benefits
At the time, the information was only visible on the Intranet, the Banco de Portugal website and other systems. From there, the ADC application was created, with the aim of centralizing all the content in a single application.
In this way, the Intranet continues to be the system responsible for general news, with Gertal responsible for menu information and Banco de Portugal for providing employees with access to and viewing it on the application.
REF application that allows millenium bcp to improve the global management service of the Real Estate Development Credit (CPI) product, implementing an integrated, systematized and auditable process to mitigate the Bank’s operational risk.
This application provides autonomous profile management, dynamic proposal development and integration with more than 20 banking system applications.
Problem
Millenniumbcp did not have a dedicated tool for the CPI (Real Estate Development Credit) product, with the product’s management and information spread across several central applications and local databases.
Solution
Enable DNI – Real Estate Business Management – to have a view of the CPI operation throughout its life cycle, i.e. from the Client’s request to the closing of the operation, including analysis, decision, contracting, release, extension, service phase debt, management/maintenance and closing.

Problem
Request for management of individual cases of military personnel, which at the time was a legal requirement imposed by Decree Law 90/2015.

Cork management, with a focus on quantity management, cork sales to the Amorim Group and to external companies.
The project makes it possible to record and send emails with images and documents related to contracts made, record and classify cork tests and consult the history of changes made to properties. Integration with Google Maps is possible.
Problem
Centralize cork collection information, which until now was distributed across several systems.
Solution
Registration of tests carried out on stoppers and obtaining test results by calculating averages, with the results of these tests being integrated with an external interface.
The collection is managed with geolocation and the respective sales process.

Problem
The “Digital HACCP” project is designed to respond to the needs of the HACCP department, which currently works with paper and Excel files exchanged between various departments and partners to guarantee Lidl’s food safety processes.
Solution
The solution allows for the availability of: HACCP-related documents and audits of various kinds, following the cycle of resolution of the various measures that derive from the non-conformities identified. It also records product or substance analyses and HACCP-related crises, should they occur.
Monitoring of training compliance rates is a possibility, as is access to just-in-time information, which allows for swift and appropriate action.

With the aim of making the management of public contracts safer and more efficient, an application was developed in conjunction with Infraestruturas de Portugal, where it is possible to manage the life cycle of a procurement process, from its creation, specification, public publication (direct connection to “anoGov – Electronic Platform for Public Procurement”, or to an internal platform where Suppliers can access and place their bids), award and execution.

When working in an activity where numerous documents are generated, it is imperative to have a document and workflow management platform.
Problem
The main challenge was related to the existing business platform, which had multiple repositories of documents and business processes. Alongside this, the current ECM/BPM platform was also migrated, with 120,000,000 documents involved in the process.
Solution
The solution found involved using Redshift’s own technologies, through the RED.Doc and RED.SCAN products, integrated with IBM’s technology platform – FileNet.

Around 150 million documents were migrated, without any interruption to the production system.
Furthermore, the solution was integrated with most of the bank’s applications, emerging as a global platform of services that allow consultation of document archives.
Implementation of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution to control access to suppliers and entities external to the Organization.
Problem
Access to the Organization’s internal environment was dependent, exclusively, on VPN access, which was not very auditable and had little granularity in its attributions and policies.
Solution
A simplified on-premises collaboration technological solution was identified, which allows desktop sharing, file and clipboard transfer, chat, video session recording and detailed collection of remote session information/logs.
